Had a pig processed and I am not happy had one done at the beginning of the year and I was satisfied but this time was pathetic I specifically said I wanted the most out of it the biggest variety of cuts I could get and the excess in sausage 140lbs of meat i picked up and swear to God 100lbs was sausage atleast porkchops paper thin and smaller than the palm of my hand and I have little hands I'll never use them again I assume just do it myself yall lost my business
