Nice place to park, rest, get out walk around, walk the dog. Have used this rest stop for years. I have never had anyone bother me here. Sometimes garbage cans r full. But seeing how it is the only rest area going south on I 59 from Hattiesburg you may not get in at night. Because of 18 wheelers using it. But if you can relax a little. The next rest area is the welcome center going into LA.

Me, my wife and Two kids where traveling from PA to TX, after been on the road with our 23’ ft long RV for about 18 hours, we where going to switch driver when I realize I could sleep over, YES, both of us where tired when we found this place by mistake and couldn’t make it to our camp ground, we slept from 12:00am to 6:00 am with no issues.nnEnough space for couple of big trucks and bunch of cars, no bathrooms for those with cars.nnGREAT place to rest and go back to your trip nice and fresh. TX HERE WE GO!!!

Good site to pull off and sleep or rest but no restroom facilities. Limited parking space available but very convenient to pull offnand then return back onto your trip.
