Smile Time Family Dentistry

Okay, I'm going to be very honest here. The ONLY reason I'm giving a positive review of this establishment is because of a recent interaction with the person currently in charge of billing, Mrs. Sarah Morgan. I also want to be very clear that I have not had rec'd any services from this establishment in a couple of years, so it's very possible (and in my opinion, probable, judging by my experience with Mrs. Morgan) that things are better than they were when I stopped coming. On my last visit, I had an outstanding balance of roughly $280. Part of the reason that I stopped coming was because of the fact that I didn't feel like the staff was upfront about how much I was going to be expected to pay, and I was unhappily surprised by the fact that I suddenly owed money on a procedure that was already done - not exactly like you could return it after the fact. It felt shady, if I'm being honest. I felt uncertain about the honesty of the establishment, or at the very least, the person in charge of this aspect of the business. Fast forward to now, and I feel have the opposite impression. After speaking with Mrs. Morgan, it became clear to me that she is determined to be upfront and transparent with all patients that come through the door. She was professional, caring, understanding, efficient, helpful, and really took the time to hear me out, listen to my concerns, and most importantly, genuinely care about them. Her goal was to help make things right and she did just that. I know without a single doubt that she is a huge asset to this establishment, and it's encouraging to know that my previous grievances in this area will not exist for current and future patients. Well done, Mrs. Morgan! And well done, Smile Time, for bringing her on.

In short: Relaxing, worthwhile, and fun.nnIn full: It was my first time coming here today, and I had a great experience. The facility was clean, and the staff was welcoming. You will fill out the initial paperwork using an iPad; easy to read and complete. The waiting room chairs were comfortable, and the bathroom had fancy hand soap that smelt good. Miss Chelsea (spellcheck) was my dental hygenist, and she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. The tools used were high-tech and made my cleaning experience relaxing. All of the staff that I interacted with today had good soft skills and knowledge in their roles. Thus, contributing to the fun I had and my time well spent.

I found this dentistry after doing a google search. After reaching out to them and asking numerous questions, they were able to answer everything and also get me scheduled in sooner than my other dentist. After having a root canal I needed a crown and didn't want to wait until after the holidays. They were able to schedule me in quickly and get my temporary crown in just in tine for Thanksgiving.. We all know we don't want any issues with eating when it comes to mama's dressing. ud83dude04ud83dudc9c.Thank u guys so much..

My family and I have been going to Smile time for over ten years, I always would received the best customer service and care up until about a year ago! I'm not sure whats going on with the staff that's working there now but I am not pleased with the way my childern and I have been treated! On more than one occasion I have scheduled an appointment for my daughters and have been told that it was cancelled or they did not see it! Well today was it for me. My daughter have had an appt scheduled well over two weeks ago and was set for today at 3 pm. I received a call at 8:20 this morning telling me my daughter's appt need to me rescheduled because of a scheduling conflcit! You can not do people like this, especially on more than one occasion! I am very displeased and will never recommend anyone to this Dentist office! Not because of the doctor, she is wonderful but she needs a whole new staff ASAP!!!

Had a wisdom tooth and a another tooth removed. When I say this staff was amazing I mean it. Very clean facility. The staff made me feel very relaxed and made sure I was comfortable since I was already nervous. They were very patient with me. Great experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone.
