This McAlisters used to be great! I feel that they are still doing good but lack direction. The staff seems to need more training. The last 3 times I went here, most of the tables were dirty with dishes still at them and the phone rang multiple times with no one answering. Again, the employees are very sweet and nice! The food is great! I think they just need more direction and training to become more efficient!

Everything was okay at this location. The staff seemed slow paced and overwhelmed unfortunately, with the exception of the lady who rang us up. She seemed to be doing 3 jobs at once. She was a shining star. Super friendly & efficient. The food was good but I've had better at other McAlister's locations. All in all, good experience but I wouldn't go as far as great.
I used to order a full size 12 inch French dip without fail. Now I am forced to change what I order because it is no longer available at this location.nI have been a customer at mcalister deli for a very long time.nVery disappointing.
