Extremely slow service. Took me almost 12 minutes to order over the phone. Then went to pickup had to wait outside at least 10 minutes till someone acknowledged that I was there but still didn't open the door. When they finally let me in, my pizzas were getting cold waiting for me on the counter. At least the pizzas are still good. Someone needs to step up and provide better customer service. Didn't realize till later that they have a drive thro window. I'll give a extra star for that

I ordered 3 pizzas threw the app. Went to pick them up. After waiting in line for over an hour I get to the window to find out they lost my order!!! I asked for a refund and was told it would be 3-5 business days before I could get my money back. Then I finally get my pizza and it’s cold!

Waited for my food for 2 hours now still haven't received it and im less then 5 minutes away i called the busines and they only picked the phone up to hang up not trying to be a karen but come on man i work to all jobs ar stressful yes no reason to hang up on me

I’ve ordered twice once over the phone , once online got there and never did I ever receive my pizzas. They tell me they haven’t even started on them and it was over 30 minutes once it was over a hour the other time. I drove over 30 minutes to pick it up and we ending up having to go some were else to get food. I’ve never seen a place like this before. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. This store obviously needs new management and employees cause someone’s not doing their jobs.
