Nice place. However employees standing around not saying hello when customers walk into door. Ask you go to back of store employees are working hard. Went there for some pots and pans. Did not have much of a selection. Not sure if I would ever shop her again due to the fact that no employee seemed to be around to help customers look for things they need. No price on air fryers so I did not get one
This review is for the Belk store located in Oxford, Mississippi. It basically looks like a bargain basement, clothes strewn everywhere, racks and racks of last season's sale items. Don't even think about asking for assistance with finding something. There is usually only one employee per department, and they are busy at the register trying to check out the long line of customers. The wait is generally 15 to 20 minutes to get checked out. This store needs to expand and offer more, especially in the housewares department.
I love this store but only go when they either when sales are advertised or I have coupons. It's a bit pricey. Overall, a very nice department store for finer, quality items.
They have a variety of stuff that you can choose from very nice and comfortable place to shop at.
Organized with friendly staff even during very business hours.
