I've called 8 times, 6 of them at different times. No answer every time. How can I schedule an appointment if nobody ever answers.
They won’t even answer the phone. That terrible customer service.
Rude / helpless customer service. Does not know any information. Dont even trying to find information.
I ordered tires on Walmart.com and had them delivered to the store in Oxford. When the tires arrived, I went to the store to have them mounted on my Ford F-150. The very rude very “busy” Walmart associate told me that they couldn’t mount the tires because it would “break their machine”. I needed tires, and I had already paid for them, so I loaded the tires in my truck and drove to the Pontotoc MS Walmart (30 miles), where they mounted the tires. I told the Pontotoc Walmart Associate what the Oxford store said, and the Pontotoc Associate said that the Oxford store had the same machines and could have mounted the tires. 5 stars to the Pontotoc Walmart store, 0 stars to the Oxford store.
Very helpful services with the best prices in Oxford. The staff are all very kind and friendly people who try their absolute best to accommodate your automotive needs. Additionally if they can't fulfill a service you need completed on your car, they will direct you to some options available in town where you can get it done. While a little limited on services compared to other auto shops in town, you'll certainly be saving on money and probably time. Highly recommend this location!
