Our first experience with Brunner was on a Saturday in July and we needed help with our AC unit. They called to advise they were on their way and was there promptly and they fixed the problem but advised we would soon need to replace the unit. Mr. Brunner promptly explained his products to to my husband and emailed us with quotes for a new unit. A couple months later we were having AC/Heating problems again and they came out and worked with the unit, but we decided to replace the unit. The technicians were prompt and professional. We are enjoying our new unit purchased from Brunner at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Brunner Air has come to our rescue twice in the last year. Once on July 3rd at 10 pm and the other at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Both times they were there quickly and got us cooled off fast. They followed up in a timely manner with repairs that needed to be made. However, my biggest reason for recommending them was the reasonable prices both times.
We needed a duct line extended into a new office we are building. The technicians that came out were super friendly and professional! They were also very efficient and did a wonderful job!! Fantastic customer service and wonderful people!! Highly Recommend!
I cannot rave enough about how great of an experience I had with Brunner Heating and Air. I called mid morning as a first time client and someone was at my house around lunch. The guys were professional, super responsive and fairly priced. I will definitely be using them again.
We have used Brunner twice and they have been excellent both times. They are very punctual and do high quality work. We would definitely use them again in the future.
