Overall, I can't complain! Reliable service and reliable quality! I wish the employees were paid more because there's often a crowd, especially on weekends or late at night and I've seen the employees have to deal with some rather rude and impatient customers. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that I've had a few incorrect orders, but it's not a huge deal. That's the drive thru experience anywhere, ya know?

It’s not like I expect top quality service out of a brand like McDonald’s but the wait time and poor service at this location is completely laughable. Prepare to wait well over an hour in the drive though only to get cold poor and sour attitudes from employees on a consistent basis.nnI went this this location the other day and was told that their fry oil was bad and that they could only serve nuggets.nn1. Nuggets are fried if I am correct and wouldn’t bad try oil exclude them from the menu?nn2. If the fry oil was bad then what was wrong with the grill for me not to be able to order anything from it instead?nnThese were just a few of the many questions I would ask myself on this hour long journey to receive FAST food.nnAnd in my patience I had assumed that there was likely only one employee working at the time and that maybe it was just a busy night for her. Well imagine my surprise when I finally pulled up to the window and counted up to five separate employees, most of which were just standing around on their phones watching this one poor employee do everything. One of these employees included a manager who seemed to be zero help to the rest of the staff.nnIf you make the unfortunate mistake of pulling into this location you would save your time and sanity to turn right back around and drive to The University location.

Waited over 3O minutes for cookies. The cookies were hot and fresh and they did give us extra for the wait, but NEVER AGAIN Ridiculous.ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c
