Seriously. Not joking. Worst fast food place I’ve ever been. Slowest services and they only get the order right on the 3rd try. Truly awful
Horrible, they got my order wrong and when I said something to them they acted like I was wrong. I ordered a mcdouble with only big Mac sauce and a mcdouble add big Mac sauce. They gave me a regular mcdouble and one with added big Mac sauce. After some some words they took the wrong mcdouble back and after almost 10 mins gave me what I ordered somewhat. See pictures. The meat was burnt, bun was hard, virtually no sauce and it honestly looked as though it was dropped on the floor. This McDonald's has consistently had extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend going. It worth driving across town to the other McDonald's.
It's alright. The food is good and at certain times of day they are quick about getting your order out.
I had a mobile order and it took 45 minutes to get my food! I waited for 20 minutes before I went in the drive thru line, thinking they had forgotten about me ( my mobile order confirmation said ot would take 5 minutes) . Terrible experience, this mcdonalds seemed very chaotic and unorganized
