Alice, the receptionist, has to be the rudest person I have ever come into contact with. She violates HIPAA regulations every day. She treats patients as if they are her own patients and tells them specific medications to take while trying to diagnose them with certain illnesses as if she is the doctor. She speaks loudly at the window about patients’ private information and this should be addressed by her manager or Dr. Hines. I now have to drive 2 hours to another doctor due to her unprofessionalism and horrid attitude.
