I've had service with Herrington Fuel for almost 5 years. I've had to install a tank, move a tank, downsize a tank, etc. On all occasions they have been extremely responsive, patient and fair. On a recent visit, I worked with Paul and he was thorough and complete. I've never had to use them in an emergency, and I hope to never will, but I take comfort knowing they are local and always willing to help. Thank you.
Failed to remove a jumper wire that was on there from factory when they turned on new propane heater (there is a sticker by where youlight it that says to remove jumper so thermostat will work). This caused the heater to run continuously and burn through over 30% of the propane from 2 large tanks in less than week. I was told by Heather it wasn't their responsibility to remove the jumper because they only set the tanks and got it running. She was very rude and talks over you as well, very disappointed.
Always thought of them as being expensive but they aren't anymore.
John and Mike installed a mini split HVAC system in our entire house in HIllsdale. They went over and above on everything to make it perfect for us. Really nice guys and they did a 5 start job. Highly recommended!
Okay,nIt's about time I submitted a review. Herrington's has taken care of our heating and cooling needs since we moved here 13 years ago.Their service is as good as it gets. John and his crews are responsive and professional, even at the most unreasonable times, like today. It's Friday, 2:30pm, 95 degrees outside and the split air conditioner in our Great Room starts leaking like a water fall. It's now 4:18pm, same afternoon. The service guys have been and gone. The problem was resolved. Could you ask for better service?nnWe've found the above situation to be representative of our dealings with Herrington's. After all of the work they have done for us over the years from repairs to new installations, we consider John, Mike and the rest of the team part of the family. We highly recommend them.
