Caveat I have not actually been seen by the doctors at this location. My complaint derives from the receptionist. I have attempted two times now to be seen by this location, once for my son 4-5 months ago and then myself about a week ago. Both times the receptionist informed me she would have to ask the provider if they could see me, and that she would call me back. Both times I must have interrupted her internet or phone scrolling, because she was not happy to help nor was she friendly, actually she was extremely rude. In both instances I have given up and sought care from another location.

I can Alway count on Dr. Shivers & Dr. Lott to take care of me and get me my meds. The nurse and receptionist are sweet as well.
