The staff is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The Dr. is great too. They try and make your visit stress free and pain less as possible and are great with people that have fears of the dentist. Definitely would continue to recommend them to anyone!

First, this was going to be a one star review because of confusion about the appointment I had as well as what seemed to me to be a lack of communication because I had to play phone tag to fix an appointment that the office had canceled and I was more than a little peeved about this and other factors (pricing, feeling rushed to make a decision, things like that). Admittedly, I have high standards, and I also tend not to make a fuss when I'm dissatisfied. I'd rather just take my business elsewhere than bring it up because in my experience, it's not worth it most times.nnHowever, Turtle Creek Dental Care, you have one Ms. Alma to thank almost entirely for turning this review into a five star one. The dentist and assistant were courteous and professional as well, but while they did a great job, they weren't the ones who messed up my appointment or set pricing or policy (nonetheless, kudos to them, I'm a wimp when it comes to dental work and they put up with me so thanks a ton!).nnAfter a crown for a broken tooth was completed at my second appointment I was on my way out to write a review detailing all the issues I'd encountered, but Ms. Alma spoke to me on the way out and immediately recognized some things that no one had discussed with me, like how to save more money by managing how/when I use my insurance, as well as making sure that my next appointment would work for my schedule.nnLet me point out that I'm on a fixed income and it's not much, and this year has been hard. I don't expect a lot of people to understand that, and businesses especially don't usually want to work with you to a mutual, amicable resolution. Ms. Alma made sure my insurance and payment situation was handled appropriately, as well as my next appointment.nnMs. Alma made a huge difference in my experience just because it was easy to tell that she truly had my best interest in mind and was trying to help me as a person, not just as a no-name customer she's trying to bill and get out the door. It's not common to have someone like that at a business and she's the reason that instead of warning people away, I'll be encouraging them to bring their business here.nnThanks again to Ms. Alma, who deserves a serious raise for her impressive customer retention skills.

They got in me in right at my appointment time and were very meticulous in cleaning my teeth which were very stained. My hygienist was very friendly and the results are great. My teeth look fantastic.

Had an appointment they canceled did not contact me or 10 others who arrived. They advertise payment options an affordable and they absolutely are not. They called me 5 times. I rescheduled my appointment they received my insurance info. I arrived they make make me wait until they are able to contact my Insurer before allowing to even see me. 35 min later, I'm seen for my cracked broken tooth and only xrayed. No pain management no antibiotics and claimed my insurance won't alow them to bill. Then asked for cash. Only for them to tell me words basically with absolutely no help resolving or receiving any ease of pain in the mean time until it can be pulled or repaired. Just mind blown an 2 1/2 of waste of a day.
