Well it's 10:45 p.m. on a Wednesday and their doors are locked with an employee kicked back in a chair playing on his phone. I only came here because the one 20 miles down the road in Magee Mississippi was closed at 9:00 p.m. This location in Collins Mississippi says it's open for 24 hours, well apparently that isn't true. It's getting to wear a truck driver cannot find a meal anymore. I've came to this location many times at this time of the night and have never seen it closed.nnWell here it is the next day and I see a response from the owner, which is refreshing, so I call the number left for me which is apparently the customer service number and after calling that number I get a recording saying the number is no longer in service, seems about right!

Krystal used to be a half way decent place to get a unique bite to eat!!! I have been to several locations across the south and the quality has gone way down hill... The staff are rude and totally unprofessional..they act as tho you are interrupting there social time.... the food, well, inconsistent would be an understatement...nI probably will never go back....

That young man that was at window was very polite and professional. He made sure all the condiments were in the bag and to top it off he was smiling ud83dude0aand the hangover meal was very delicious ud83dudc97will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem. My husbands fries with chilli was the perfect heat & texture, could not even take a picture. Dessert, picture perfect, hot & soft, mouth watering. Shake was awesome too. Great attention

Food was horrible. People were nice but the food was disgusting. So not worth what we paid. It's basically a knock off white castle.
