We booked a flight with 4 seats next to each other for 4 family members with 2 being my children. Upon arriving at the airport without notice or options our seats were moved and I had an unaccompanied minor who has never flown before sitting by herself and my other adult child sitting by himself for an 8.5 hour flight. After calling agent they said they “looked it up and they are allowed to do whatever they want”. “Because she was over 15 they were allowed to put her by herself” NO I never gave permission for my minor child to fly unattended!!!!!! Why was I not made aware that this could happen? Also apparently I should have done more research on the hotel they put them in because it is literally over 100 degrees and there is little to no air conditioning in this hotel! I have no guarantee that they will be next to each other for the flight home either.nVery under informed about the flights or the hotels. We went to them with the trust that they would have the best in mind for my family and that they would do a better job then we would have.nSignednAn UNHAPPY PARENT/ customer
