Customer service in the Cleveland office is poor at the front desk the young lady is rude they have an attitude when checking you in like this is your job to do i dont plan on coming back no time soon

Very good experience here. I had an insurance change that I knew nothing about until I walked in for my appt. More than one person made phone calls to the insurance on my behalf to figure out what would be covered for me. I really appreciate their understanding and extra effort.
