I just moved to Cleveland and have tried this Zaxby's a few times. The employees have been friendly every time - at least the ones at the drive through window. While the food is great, they've messed up my order every time. Once it was giving me a regular combo when I paid for a large. Another time it was not giving me any sauces, even those that I asked for. A third was getting the wrong drink. Today, it was not getting any Zaxby's sauce. Four out of five visits had something wrong with my order.
Good place!! This is the only place I have ever seen that people will stop in the middle of oncoming traffic to eat here!! They really stop in the middle of the highway to eat here!! Unbelievable!!!
Highly recommend Zaxby's their food is so good and they have good customer service. They are always packed so the wait time is a little long but it is worth it.
Look i enjoy a cobb salad at least once a week but opted for some shrooms on the side good choice
Always good food, who doesn't like chix. Stl only drive thru open, no sit down options yet
