It is an older Super 8 (been there as long as I can remember) but they have done some remodeling recently. No offense to the owner/operator or Wyndham, but it is a Super 8. The rooms are kept pretty clean and the bedding, towels, soap, etc are all neat and stocked.nThey do still have smoking rooms available (if that is your thing) and they are in a separate portion of the building.nI do not have pets so I can not comment on that aspect.nA decent price for the room I got.nOverall I gave it a 4 star, mainly because it is older and I am sensitive to movement caused by people walking... not really the owner/operator's fault.
They literally gave us the same exact room as the first time we stayed here. The bed covers are from 1982, and mine had a black streak on it that was there from the last time I stayed! Also, no one is at the desk at checkout. You have to call someone on a courtesy phone. Best not to stay in hotels in rural Missouri as a rule.
The room was well maintained, but the TV/cable was inop. The hotel is near the highway and a truck-stop, so there was a lot of highway and truck noise. Front desk clerk was courteous and helpful.
I would give it 0 stars if I could!! I got a smoking room which I did not want and the smell was horrible!! The walls were so dirty. Room was not clean and the sheets were disgusting. Never will I stay here again!
Really impressed. Seems to have been remodeled since my last stay. Really nice room
