I went to put air in my tires on Saturday April 7 at 340pm. I couldn't not get the cap off of my tire thing. The attendant, who was very busy, came over to assist me. He couldn't get it off either but wouldn't give up. He continued to try and continued to come back with things to try. He finally got it and I was able to fill my tire.
My husband, our little baby , and I were driving home last night when we got a flat. We pulled into the Shell on Merrill Rd and realized that we had no idea how to get to our spare tire out of our recently-purchased used Dodge Caravan. It was late at night, my baby was crying, my husband was at a loss what to do -- he couldn't figure out how to access it. If it were not for Scott who came over between customers to see how he could help, I don't know what we would have done. He used his phone to look up a how-to video which showed an access port between the front seats which we would have never found without his help. He even lent us a flashlight so we could see what we were doing. But the best part was just how pleasant he was! What could have been a scary moment was turned into a pleasure. Scott, thank you, you are an angel! I just want Shell to know how grateful we are!
