This would be zero if possible. I have never met people so rude. Their heat doesn't work in their rooms. When I brought this to the staff's attention they came up to the room fidgeted with the cords pushed some buttons and then plugged it back in and said it was working. There was Taco Bell left in the microwave from a previous person. I immediately threw it away. it could be found in the trash bin next to the microwave. Awful!!! I am also reporting to the Better Business Bureau. We have all been at one of these hotels where the front staff is completely rude and uncooperative in any shape fashion. Of course their review is going to say something different. Come stay at this hotel and find out for yourselves.
We tried to set up a reservation for the weekend, THEIR website messed up. Charged us for a night that we weren't there obviously, and when we tried to fix it the next morning, (because we never got a confirmation and they still took our money) they were very rude, cussed at my husband (who has amazing phone etiquette) and basically told us there's nothing they can do. We were looking forward having somewhere close to stay by our family, as my husband is military and we live so far away. So disappointed in the service here. Small town decency is lost with these people.

Worst hotel we have ever been to. They say pet friendly but yet we were told we could not leave them in the room while we went to get something to eat because they bark. But no where did it say anything about this policy and we were not told this by the owner (front desk) when I called to make arrangements to stay there. Then when we asked for our money back for the pet fees because our pets werent allowed to stay in the room they tried to throw us out. They refunded our money for the second night and tried to kick us out until we threatened to call the law on them for people smoking illegal marijuana in the hotel and in the grounds. The owner/front desk person was rude to us the entire rest of the time we were there. Worst experience in a hotel ever. Travel with our dogs all the time and NEVER had this experience before! The unfortunate part is it's the only hotel close to SMOORE park so recommend staying 45 minutes away in springfield instead of here!!!
