Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is moderately clean, and bead is comfortable. However I am not impressed on the towel that the gave me to use it has a brown mark or stain on it that looks less than pleasing.
Was a great cheaper place to stay and it was cozy as all heck! Great night sleep and absolutely no cockroaches! Definitely staying there again!
Service from front desk was not professional. The woman was rude when religious beliefs were spoken about regarding the room and number of beds she refused to accommodate. Had to pay extra just to get in for the night. It was around 2 am when we arrived. The room was filthy and dirty towels were stained and cigarette butts in the shower. Will never stay again.
Carpet was nasty with duct tape patching. The uncarpeted floor was greasy with some sort of residue. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't service our room or empty the trash. The lady at the front desk was not friendly. But I met a lady outside my room who had fresh towels and she was very nice, even made the effort to bring us some wash cloths when laundry was done. The mattresses are uncomfortable. But by far the worst thing was, we were eaten up: multiple bites all over our legs. Pretty sure they are bed bug bites. My husband felt sick for 2 days afterward.
Rented room for more than a month while waiting for home to be finished to move in. Had two large dogs which are well trained and presented no issues. Rooms were adaquate even with the additional fee for dogs. The room was never left in poor condition, as a matter of fact was cleaned by me prior to leaving every day. Until the final day when the male management refused to treat me with respect and actually accused me of stealing my debit card as his machine reported card invalid. Even when I phoned the bank and had them on speaker, he insisted that there was something sketchy about the situation. My bank said that there was no issues with my card and no record of any motel trying to get paid. After hanging up with the bank and being rudley told that I was waisting his time. I told him I would be right back with his money. Went to atm and withdrew the funds without incident and returned to motel. Paid the man abruptly and expressed my disapproval in the manner in which I was treated. Must say the housekeepers and woman manager were accommodating my entire stay. Needless to say, we are staying elsewhere.
