Horrible laundry mat to go to... half the machines don't work, dryers take multiple cycles to dry, no bathroom, no way to get in contact with the owner about a machine taking our money. Needs to be torn out and redone with a better owner that's actually gonna keep it going and make sure customers are happy.
Most of the dryers were not working, but managed to coordinate with the other customers to make effective use of those that were still operational.
As long as you know which dryers to use, you're ok. Could use some equipment maintenance. Some dryers take a few times to completely dry clothes.
This place smelled horrible when I walked in. No large washer. One entire side of machines were out of order. Invest in your business or let someone else.
About 75% of the dryers are out of order. The place WREAKS of vomit or soured milk and the trash is nearly to the brim. It’s filthy. We didn’t even use the washing machines, so I have nothing to report with those. We are taking our business (which is at least 30 dollars worth) to another location.nnFix your machines, clean your location, maintain it, please, and I will change the review.
