I reserved a spot on the November trail ride and my friend went but I am 73 years old and was apprehensive about covid and my friends called and cancelled for me and said I could join them next year of after being down there decided not to go back. I called and ask Britt for a refund he said he wouldn’t do that because I transferred it until next year, this happened all in a 2 week span. He proceeded in getting smart mouth with me and the phone call ended when I said that he should do what he thought was best
