I’ve never been here, however it is currently around 11pm and I have received MANY phone calls from the phone number of this business (the exact number listed in the business’s profile). As soon and I hit the ignore button the person on the other end dials the number again and the cycle repeats. It got so bad that I had to block the number. If you think it is professional business practice to solicit a random person by spamming their phone with relentless calls, you’re an actual scientific anomaly. Rethink your methods, please.

After seeing my father yesterday in the ICU at St. Luke’s, I don’t know how Crystal Creek is allowed to be open. My dad was transferred here from Mercy Hospital at the end of May 2020 to get skilled care for an open wound on his leg. He now looks like a holocaust survivor, he’s never been this small, skinny and frail in his life. He had over 3 liters of fluid on both lungs and Crystal Creek never noticed a problem! His social worker at dialysis center noticed it this week and called the EMT’s to have him taken to hospital. The staff were beyond rude with me, never spoke to a medical professional once since he was admitted to a Crystal Creek. He wasted away there for 6 weeks and they almost killed him.

This place deserves zero stars and Joint Commission needs to shut it down! Their nurse to patient ratio is terrible. There is no way one nurse can properly care for the amount of patients they are assigned. The facility is poorly run and I truly feel bad for all the patients at this facility. Please do not send any of your family members here.

This place is not the place to put your loved one. Staff there doesn't care. No supplies. I go in there and I'm always told there aren't any sheets or towels to give my family member proper care. My family member has to be fed and no one comes in to feed her and puts her food on the sink and justs leaves it. I recently just found out its under new management and they are not allowing a resident leave the building even though the resident is her own responsible party. The staff talks about residents condition in front of people. I will be pulling my family member out

This is the worst nursing home I have ever been to. The staff are terrible and extremely rude. If you don’t want to help people stay out of this kind of field. They suck!
