The woman who works there (slender, glasses, short hair, settle aged) needs to be coached on customer service and communication. Her tone is absolutely UNFRIENDLY. You'd think working around clothes all day there'd be little to be snippy about. If she doesn't like working with the public, quit!!! Hard working people simply want a welcoming experience when using a dry cleaner, not to encounter a negative Nancy. What is she mad about? If we stop patronizing, will being short of customers help? Small businesses suffer because of poor customer service.
Damaged one of my designer items, tore the tag half way off. Didn't get the stain out I requested with no note attached saying anything. I know this will sound crazy but the shirt came back with new stains on it, They did not press correctly as shirt still wrinkled. Also my trench coat was not pressed correctly also still wrinkled. I will give them 1 star for attempting to correct the issue, but they fail to realize these items aren't cheap, we bring them to cleaners so they can hopefully be professionally cleaned. If anything bring them cheap white t-shirt to clean.
Very good service. I've been using them for over a year and only had 1 mishap with a baseball cap being damaged. All other services was perfect. I do 6 items or more and recommend them to anyone.

Reminder emails were great and courteous. They have been able to remain open during this pandemic is amazing. Only thing is there were some remaining stains on a item with no note attached at least saying they could not get it out would have been better
