A+ Cleaners

I live nearby this cleaners and that is what originally made me give it a try. However after a couple bad experiences I'm will to travel a little further for better quality.nn1. The first incident was with a Bebe peplum ivory color dress that I sent to them for cleaning. The dress itself came back decent but the metal clasp that goes around the back of the next to close the dress was loose and the material had been fringed. I noticed this once I got home and IMMEDIATELY doubled back to show them but they would not honor my claim and I was stuck trying to find a taylor to correct a problem they causednn2. The second was with a baby powder light pink skirt also from Bebe. I checked in person this second go around and discovered the skirt was littered in lent on both the front and back sides. My skirt actually looked better before I took it to them as there wasn't any lent on it.nnI showed this to the clerk and she agreed to put it in for a second cleaning. I came back to pick it up for the second time and it still had several areas of lent on it. They tried to fix it for the third time and issued a 10 dollar credit. The customer service person I spoke to told me this isn't her fault and it's the material that made it lent so much. Keep in mind that my skirt is a light pink and the lent that was discovered on my skirt was the same color you would find in the pocket of jeans-- grayish dark color.nnAnyway I would not recommend this place unless you just have all the time to wait for them to 'sorta kinda' get it right and blame you for their mistakes.

The cleaners on Lindbergh closed and took my cashmere sweater with them. They msde no effort to return or restore my sweater. They are simply thieves. I would love to join a clas acyion duit against them.

Any place that has an American flag and a huge sign stating it is 'American owned' is not for me. What the heck is that supposed to mean?

I requested one-day cleaning service Friday but was unable to pick up my clothes before 7pm Saturday. When I went in today only my pants were ready and I was told my shirts wouldn't be ready until after 4pm today and I have to be at work at 3pm so that's another day I have to wait to pick up my dry cleaning but the order originally was supposed to be ready Saturday after 4pm. Was it put on the back burner or what? This is the first time I've experienced this going to this particular cleaners but the frustration I've experienced is enough to make me not want to go back.
