I took several dress shirt in to be cleaned, pressed and lightly starched. Of the 8 shirts, two were not properly cleaned around the neck and none were iron with starch. The ladies are extremely pleasant, but they defend their poor quality of work by making excuses. The quality of work has diminished tremendously over the last few years. I lost patients when I took my suit to be cleaned and buttons were removed from the sleeve.
The women at Kosednar's are the best! They're very patient, helpful, courteous and polite. I won't go to any other cleaners. The clothes are cleaned very well and the price isn't expensive. You won't be disappointed by them. I would recommend them to anyone.
Conducted business twice with no hiccups with service. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
