It's so clean I was almost tempted to not wipe down with lysol out of laziness. Also it's the epitome of elegance! I normally find it hard to sleep in a hotel but this one is so elegant that it was like being at home.
We had a really good experience at this location. Any issue or problem we had was promptly handled to our satisfaction. All staff was very friendly and helpful.
Housethiefing! I was staying here for over a month and have had $700 worth of costume jewelry stolen right from under my nose. When I confronted the manager about this situation she simply wouldn’t listen to my story and they ended up making me leave since I was obviously upset about the situation. I would not recommend anybody to stay here at all!
The hotel was great and my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a wonderful area with lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy and it was quite and peaceful too when we were in the room!nThe only problem, and this was not the fault of the hotel but the reservation agent, is that there was only a shower in the room. There are no tub/shower combos in the hotel. This was OK, but we had specifically asked for a tub and the agent assured us this room had one. No, it did not.
Great accomodations .staff was bery helpfull through our stay making sure we hsd everything to mske our stay comfortably.
