I work here, people are alright most times but rules are ridiculous
Fast service to their customers.
I worked here for two years, and can tell you this is an abominable place to work. If you are in dire need of something short term, it's fine but trust me you don't want to be here long term. Corporate cares more about the numbers we push out to a point on any given night OSHA could have written several violations. I was literally once told by the onsite HR rep, Jon, that it was easier to find an excuse to fire me than give me a medical accommodation.
If you are going to start, keep in mind that the turnover rate is to where they expect one out of five people will last two weeks. To them that is fine, and every person that isn't a shift manager is expendable.
Drivers fly thru our neighborhood no one to call and complain. Now isn't that convenient.
I'm an Amazon flex driver and it was well organized. I had to return packages and I didn't know how to go about it and all 4 of the Amazon employees who helped me were so nice. I appreciated it alot.
