It was a wonderful experience even tho I only needed it for two months until my house was finished being built. The owner was very nice and courteous and handle all my needs accordingly. If I need another storage in the future, this is where I’ll be going.
The gentleman in the office was always helpful and kind. The site is full of spiders and vermin. I had several instances where my pin for the entrance gate had been changed without me doing it and I was not able to gain access to my unit until I could go in person during business hours to have it changed back. You cant call and get any person who is int he actual office where your unit is. The company is ridiculous in this way. I hate it and won't be using them again.
