Megan made my first storage unit rental experience worry free and simple. The service was with a smile and the environment was very comforting. All of my questions were answered honestly and professionally. She treated me like a top client instead of just “another” client. I will be recommending this location to family and friends.
MEGAN IS THE BOMB. My family needed a place to keep our grandmothers things after she passed away a few weeks ago and Megan was a doll. she answered all of our questions and was just so gosh darn sweet it was really exactly what we needed from someone helping us find a place for grandmas things. I highly recommend you ask for her if you need help. Just be nice to her because she really deserves it :)
I just wanna say a big thank you again to Megan for all the help! I was having some trouble in deciding what size unit I would need for my late father's stuff. She was extremely insightful in going over the measurements and helping me find what's best for me. I will definitely use y'all for all my future storage needs.
I have had bad experiences with storage units before, and was expecting to find the same service with public storage. Happily this was not the case. I got great customer service, and the girl I believe her name is Lindsay helped every step of the process. Thank you so much for your help!!
