Lame company now owned by private equity firm. Don’t patronize them.
Backcountry's return response and timing are awful. An item I returned was received two weeks ago. No receipt confirmation.
They claim returns take 3-5 days. Nonsense!
My first return took two weeks. My more recent return is at two weeks and counting.
When I inquired, I received vague "answers" about the date when the return would be completed.
It should not take 2-3 weeks to process a return, particularly if you advertise 3-5 day returns, as Backcountry does.
To give you an idea how slow Backcountry is - a return to Chain Reaction Sports in Great Britian had a similar turn around time!
Because their return time is so slow and the customer help people are of no help, I will only shop with them in the future if no one else has the item.
Particularly with things like shoes, return turn around time is important.
Backcountry deserves a F for Fail in this regard.
Horrible business, support companies who listen to their customers. This is not one of them
Not happy with customer service or company leadership. Taking business elsewhere.
You don’t own the backcountry.
