Farmers Insurance - Andrew Jasper

I have nothing but good things to say about Andrew and his team. Andrew reached out to me a few years ago to do a comparison for me regarding my current coverage. At the time, he was unable to beat or match my home and auto coverage. He did not pressure me to switch and simply provided information and even apologized he could not do better. I honestly thought that would be the end of our interaction.nHowever, a few months later I received an email from him with new quotes and the same coverage as my former provider showing that he would be able to save me money if I switched. As my old company had terrible customer service and raised rates, I immediately jumped on the offer because it would save me money, and I would again have a personal relationship with someone that I could easily contact and get my issues resolved.nThe whole process was seamless. I got my home and auto switched within a day. Andrew and his team took care of everything for me once they had my information from canceling my former insurance, getting me refunds, and getting my banking setup.nDaniella is an amazing caring team member who promptly replies to my emails and phone calls within 24 hours. I never get that level of customer service! She is always cordial, friendly, and quick to answer my question or price out policy changes.nBoth Andrew, Daniella, and the whole team truly show personal care and love for their clients. You get honest answers, reliable service, and personable care when you go with them! 10/10 recommend every day of the week!
