I am still seeing bugs after 3 treatments.
I haven’t been very impressed lately. It’s always a different person that comes. Sometimes they’re super nice, and sometimes they act as if they don’t want to be here. Today when I got the person’s attention he acted surprised that I wanted him to come inside and spray! When he finished that he was really only outside for about five minutes, I’m sure he didn’t spray very well outside. I’ve been using this service for years, and it just seems like it’s getting worse instead of better. I feel like I have to be here and spend the whole time walking around with them to make sure that they spray completely.
Sales rep Holden showed up and was very thorough and personable. Everything went how he said it would, was persistent but not pushy which I appreciated.nnWhen the tech game out he was also thorough, went inside and out and was very cordial. additionally they do a referral program to get money off your quarterly bills. Would recommend to anyone.
