Any company can talk a good game regarding what incredible service they intend to provide in order to get your business but in the case of pest control it’s all lip service if the technicians doing the actual work don’t follow through with those promises! Today we had our quarterly inspection and treatment for bugs done by Kaleb and his trainee Terrance. What exceptional young men they were. Kaleb went above and beyond to not only listen to and address my concerns but he was very thorough in explaining why he was doing what he did to Terrance. Kaleb was even on his knees looking under areas of our home where potential mice could be living. He made me feel like my satisfaction was the most important thing to him. How refreshingly unique in today’s world of “rush for quantity, without regard for quality”. He took great pride in his work and that attitude was surely being passed on in his training. A job well done by both!! Thank you!
I'm not yet sure how satisfied I am with the overall effectiveness of the product. I began with them in the middle of last year. I did see a reduction in ants in the house, but I don't feel the mosquito treatment was as successful. Hopefully with a full season of treatment I'll see improvement with that as wellnI do, however, have to compliment the staff. They are helpful on the phone to make additional appointments, as needed. (The company will come as many times as requested for no extra charge if bugs are noticed.) The workers that come to the house have all been professional and seemed knowledgeable. Micah was here today with his trainee, Keelen. They were polite and thorough.
We’ve used Nomo for almost a year and have definitely noticed a difference in our yard. The staff is always so friendly and professional too and always listen to your concerns and questions. Micah and Keenen did our most recent service and they were so courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
The technician Caleb is extremely polite and courteous. He fully answers all of your questions and is very patient. I called and left a message and got a timely return call from Nomo. If you need any pest control definitely contact NOMO!!
