My family and I love this facility. It just opened and the office employees were very nice and helpful. It is clean, secure, affordable, and very nice. I recommend storing here.
One thing to be aware of is that the address in google appears to show the office on the other side of the road. It is actually on the south side. When I drove past, I couldn't miss it.

Everybody I've talked to there has been extremely helpful and makes sure to explain and answers every question thoroughly.
I just rented a 10X20 storage unit and the process was very fast. I really like the new locking system and the upgrade from the disc lock at most facilities.
My unit is easy to get to and easy to lock. The people at Storage General in West valley are easy to Work with and always avaliable. Thank you.
