Greeted right away. Overheard the associate take care of the guests in line ahead of me. Got a great deal on a pair of blue and brown tortoiseshell brim Ray Bans during a 20% off sale. Glasses came with a case, lens wipes, and a warranty.

The sales associate was very attentive and quickly helped me find a new pair of sunglasses. The tag on the sunglasses was clearly marked at $79.99, which is why I chose to purchase them. We went to the counter and she rang me up and upon looking at my receipt, it said the sunglasses were $94.98. The girl quickly offered to call her manager who then refused to give the price that was advertised. This is very disappointing being in retail myself. I often shop at Sunglasses Hut and even more at Macy’s and I will think twice before going back.
