Have purchased from MPS multiple times and have never been disappointed. These other reviews sound like they’re from 5 year olds.

The issue with my patriot supply is the customer service. Placed an order on 2/26/2020 it was delivered on 4/25/2020 which is fine I understand the backlog however the site said the entire order was shipped and it was actually missing the mega protein kit. When I reached out to let them know I was told that they can refund me or send it out. I asked about having it sent and was told it was on back order so it wouldn’t be until sometime this summer. I felt as I already waited and they messed up they should have moved their mistake to the front of the line not send that late so I was forced to wait a couple of weeks for my refund. If I didn’t call it out I would have been out the money and the product so not only do they hold your money for an indefinite amount of time they don’t even fulfill the orders.

I have been waiting 9 weeks for my order that has been fully paid for. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Please be very careful when choosing your supplier for emergency needs. This company has completely failed me and left me on my own for months.

Not one to leave a review but here it goes: Don’t waste your time with this company, purchased my order 2/26, waited over two months for only half of my order to arrive. Had to haggle with their “customer service” regarding refund and returning the half that was sent. Spoke with the manager Hannah finally, who did refund the half of my order that they were unable to fulfill. She was going to send a return shipping label via email for the other half that day. I waited patiently and the label was never sent! I emailed first thing today, no response back. I tried calling multiple times finally spoke with someone who said there are notes the label was sent 🙄 Hannah is conveniently not on today as Thursday’s are her day off and no one else running this company can send me a return label! I understand this is during a pandemic but this is just bad business..save your time and money!!

They don't deliver on their promise for 2 business day shipping. I placed my order on 11/1/2019. It didn't ship until 11/4/2019, and isn't expected until 11/6/2019. Luckily I didn't place an order due to an impending hurricane, but if you're in such a position, it would be best to order from a seller who delivers on their pledged shipping speed.
