Worse hotel I've stayed in - in terms of cleanliness. Cobwebs, dirt, dust on décor at front desk area - there was the first clue. Baseboards thick with dust, carpet in halls not vacuumed, marks and scuffs on walls. The room smelt like the previous guests had just left, it was musky with the scent of sweat of others. Mold around tub in bathroom. Towels didn't seem clean and were not folded in a welcoming manner, more like the previous guest had set them on the rack? Pillows were stained when the cases were pulled back. We brought in our own pillows from the car and then just left them behind. The only reason we stayed is because they already had our $82 and my husband and I were desperate for sleep. So gross! I hope we don't get sick from this..
I been been to a lot of motels but never seen such great people who assisted me and my wife so nicely and humbly. Mr Vishwant and his team took great care of us . I checked in at around 22hours and had no difficulty at all with the receptionist. She was so great and then they made sure that I am comfortable in my room or not. Room was clean and warm and was smelling good . They personally met me and made me feel so amazing . Salute to Mr. Patel to have such a great team . I will strongly recommend this motel . The customer service was stellar and the rooms were much nicer than other Day Inns than I stayed in. However, the room was very clearly not cleaned thoroughly after the guest who stayed before me left; that's especially concerning with the current Covid-19 risk. There was pizza crust laying in the tub, urine on the toilet seat, and hair in the sink. Given the customer service I'm sure I could have requested another room or for someone to clean mine, but I'm giving 2 stars because I feel that's something that should have been addressed before I got there.
I absolutely cannot stand having to give bad reviews... But this place was really bad.. the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were ashes all over the place. The hot water barely worked in the shower, the lights flickered constantly, and over all there was just a bad feeling in this place... Sorry but if you're looking for a comfortable stay while in Saint peters I highly recommend the extended stay that's 6 mins east next to the rec plex.
WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. IT WAS MY HUSBAND AND I'S 11 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SO WE GOT A JACUZZI ROOM. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE ROOM STILL HAD WHITE POWDER ON THE DRESSER LIKE DRUGS AND THE JACUZZI TUB WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS PLACE
