I just bought a Calvin Coat that has a fragile material that real shows stains an dirt real bad. An to Apple Cleaners on Lindbergh in Florissant. An In four days I go pick it up an the oil an grease stains were gone. I was so excited an said forget the COVID situation an gave the lady behind the counter a high five. It’s a expensive $200 coat that I really wanted to have for years an now I can. I highly recommend their services !
Typically my order is excellent. However the last time it looked as if my coat had not even been touched. There was a note on it saying “This is the best we could could do on this garnet”. Plan on taking it back to have them try again or refund my money. I’ll keep you posted!
The current front desk person is awesome. I have used this dryer cleaner for 14 yrs. But the last few months have been the best!!
Took over a week for a Stephanie to call an fix a problem. Was told one price 8.00 then another 16.00 Then an email saying the item was ready to find out it more than doubled 40.00 in price. Treated me like I was making it up. Area manager needs to work on her customer service skills. Maybe put signs up in location stating what prices are.
This location is closed. I went to this location before and they were 4 star, the 1 star is only because they are out of business. Other locations might be good, but I have not been to any others.
