When turned down by four other local cleaners who all advertised same day pickup, American Cleaners made arrangements for me to have my work uniforms completed and back to me within a timely manner. Professional and courteous.
Fast and reliable service
A girl by the name of DJ is lazy and does not at all give any customer service whatsoever. I frequent this cleaners and this was the 3rd time I encountered her. I had a pick up and drop off and she didn't do either. She was asked by the other girl to do my incoming and she refused. The other girl had to do both. This is horrible service American Cleaners.
The cleaners were very helpful in getting my clothes out of the bags to ready for the cleaning process. The person on duty also listened intently as I explained my problems with issues regarding the buttons and tears. Items were ready on pick up date, as were all the problems resolved. I am definitely going back!
We've gotten clothes back that they've only pressed without cleaning. Clothes with stains that were not there prior. The service is okay, the work ethic is poor. I've sent several shirts, pants, and sweaters back because they were still dirty.
