ServPro was very easy to work with. Their response was immediate and within hours had submitted a very detailed quote for remediation. Once a restoration plan was in place, they showed up as promised, on time and very professionally proceeded to begin the work.nnSince their service is in a specialty field, I needed reassurance and peace of mind to know they could handle my task. They were up to the challenge and exceeded all expectations. As a retired contractor myself, I give them all 5 stars for a job well done!

To go with another company would be a self robbery of an amazing experience. This company and their team truly exceeded my expectations. They are by far, the best company I’ve ever had to work with during such an unexpected time in my life. One of the condos attached to me caught fire one night, and as a result, my home suffered over $10,000 in total damages, with about $8,000 in damages that SERVPRO helped to restore. They did a phenomenal job cleaning the structure of our unit and literally, ALL of our personal belongings. When I went into this, the smoke damage was so bad, I just knew I was going to have to replace almost everything because I had no idea how I was going to get the smell out of my clothes, furniture, electronics, air, etc. To my wonderful and delighted surprise, SERVPRO was professional, responsive, prompt, detailed, patient, kind, quick, and when it was all over, they felt like family and it was bittersweet when we did our final walkthrough. I literally was sad to see them go. The entire team was amazing. I’m so thankful I didn’t have to go through this experience with any other restoration company besides SERVPRO. It definitely has to be part of their company culture and core values, because of my experience with each of them from Jason who truly leads an amazing team from start to finish, to each crew member I experienced; Dylan, Brad, David, Evan, and Devin. They were attentive to my every need and addressed all of my concerns, and gave me full confidence that they could handle the job, and they did not disappoint. I literally, cannot stop telling people about them.

From the very beginning, SERVPRO was very responsive. Jason called and made arrangements to get to my house immediately. He was very punctual and thorough with his findings. He contacted the insurance company that I was working with, and promise to have technicians out the following day. Mike and Freddy arrived the following day on time as well. They introduced themselves and they were very respectful and professional. They reviewed the findings with me which were exactly the same as what Jason found and told me what they were going to do. I appreciated the consistency of this team. Mike, Freddy, and Jason completed the job in a timely manner while I was working at home with no interruptions. Dylan did a follow-up visit to check on how things were drying up in my house after the refrigerator leaked water and mold began to grow. It's hard to trust companies with your costly possessions which is my home, but this team is in constant communication with each other which made everything seem seamless to me. Jason and the team did a good job with the initial clean up but after the claim had been completed they did not clean up anything at all from the construction even though I was told they would be. I then received multiple bills from them even though the insurance agent had told them everything would be billed through them. When I called the accounting department they said they were just sending it for my reference even though it had my name and a past due amount, so they may be double charging clients and insurances.

We had a defective water valve during our new home build (we were 5 days away from move in), and of course the part shattered during a holiday weekend. The St Charles crew responded immediately to help us get our new construction back on track. They provided all of the necessary equipment to get it dry, they were thorough and very clean while performing the removal of flooring and insulation and drywall between the floors, and every member of their team was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We really appreciate everything this team did for us and our home.
