Our technician, Jerrod, has worked with us for years and is very professional. He takes the time to explain the how's and why's to carpet cleaning. We have used ChemDry carpet cleaning for over 20 years and recommend this type of carpet cleaning. We will not use anyone else. Highly recommend this particular ABC ChemDry!

This was the very first time we had carpet cleaning professionally done. I read reviews online for the St. Charles area and 2 names kept coming up. I chose Chem Dry based on aof history of negative interactions with employees driving their competitors vans. So 3 part process.nnPart 1. Having no idea what to do, or the cost, I called Chem Dry. The lady who answered the phone was super nice. Answered all my questions and set up a visit for a quote. She was able to answer about 99% of my questions. But, I felt I needed a face to face quote.nnPart 2. The quote. They called ahead to affirm their arrival time. Walked me through the rest of my questions. They did practice social distancing and masking. Answered my questions fully. The quote was about 1/2 what I had budgeted, based on watching TV commercials. The quote also was within about 10 dollars of the quote I was given on the phone. Based on square footage.nnPart 3. I received a call the day before to confirm. The Tech called to let me know he was en route. This gave me a chance to put up my dogs and avoid that drama. The Tech was on time. Masked. He worked very quietly and did an excellent job. Also, he reaffirmed the quoted price again before starting work.nnOur carpet looks renewed. Smells amazing. I can get down and play on the floor. Watch TV laying in front of the TV. I would say this surpassed all expectations and will be a bi-annual service for us.
