Very crowded no limit on people in the store. Some things over priced. Kids love it

Got my ears pierced here three weeks ago. They let a young women who seemed to have absolutely no prior knowledge to piercing do my piercings. The piercings do not go straight through they are pierced at an angle so it hurts every time I have to put a piercing in. She didn’t even get the same piercing that is crooked all the way through the first time so the lady had to push it through which is super painful and unprofessional. I went to get my ears pierced by someone who knew how to do it, I didn’t go to be someone’s practice dummy.

Both of my girls got their ears pierced. It can be expensive so be prepared. There were a lot of people in the little store because they do not limit the number of shoppers. Social distancing is not happening at all. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I love Claire's but they get you in for a sale but you still spend a lot for a couple of items
