Please please please make sure if you are going through this company 1 don’t ever make your pay off payment or any payments through the automated system. I have had horrible customer service they are giving me the run around. I made my pay off payment on 4/19/20 they tell me I didn’t I send them my bank statement over 5 times they say they aren’t receiving them. I’ve sent them from my computer, my phone I’ve even faxed them and they still claim not to have them. My bank Navy Federal say the payment went through but they saying it hasn’t. I have a confirmation number for my payment they say basically it doesn’t matter. The last agent I spoke with basically told me well ma’am you can’t make an payment in that amount on the automated system so I asked him why is it an option if we can’t and he didn’t have an answer. They are very unorganized & unprofessional. I will never purchase anything else if I have to go through them.

I am willing to (pay same day cash amount). I as well have put fourth the effort to settle this dispute directly with the company. The harassment deceitfulness, neglecting my concerns, and rude customer service is not acceptable.nnThe company has multiple recorded calls of me contacting them regarding my account. I spoke to the manager at the company where I purchased the furniture, (Sam) at Royal Furniture he agreed it was his mistake and would contact AF and speak with (Wayne) regarding (same day cash). AF continually called harassing me sending me letters even though I explained the situation & completed the FRAUD forms like the company asked. I had to tell them to remove my phone number & cancel my debit account until FRAUD dispute was settled. I have not received a response on FRAUD dispute mailed to the company (AF) during months 10/18-12/18.nnEven after I canceled my debit account with AF, the company withdraw funds from my account even though my account was under FRAUD investigation. At this time I am in the process of reporting this account to the 3 credit bureaus and the attorney general.nnI would like to (pay same day as cash) amount by 12/31/2018, in order to close this account & keep my credit in good standing. I have not been late on my due dates with AF & there is no reason FOR my credit SCORE TO suffer due to this company in-discrepancies. I am also willing to return the furniture & BE REFUNDED.nnI have a attached copy of a contract that does not have my signature that I did not receive until September 21, 2018. The contract signature is identical for both parties. This is FRAUD. I attached as well a copy of my electronic signature shown on my Missouri State photo i.d.nnThank you BBB
