Best customer service. A friend of mine recommended them to me after dealing with the honda dealership who refused to honor their own manufacturers warranty! he said that these guys have yet to turn down any of the claims he has filed on his car. now my car is fully covered. I'm not going to knock them for trying to get the word out. Most often you don't realize how important a warranty is till you need it. this i know from experience. haha. thank you

I have been endlessly harassed by mail about getting their service. It should of been clear after the first 8 letters telling my to apply for the coverage that I was not interested! But no they continued to send final notices, must call now or else. Wish this harassment would stop.
