Three stars (for now) because I liked their selection and we did end up purchasing from them HOWEVER that is ONLY because we liked the flooring we picked there better than anything else we'd found and got it on sale*nnThe 1st day I went into store no one spoke to me for quite a few moments. One guy was on the phone and two other guys were chatting. Someone finally helped me and was nice. Took husband back a few days later (ready to buy) so we could choose from what I had narrowed it down to and NO ONE SPOKE TO US - in fact the guy at counter literally walked into the back room and NEVER CAME BACK. The ONLY reason we purchased from LL was because husband was able to get a good discount with an ONLINE purchase (ya know where customer service is not necessary).nnWe ordered a week ago. They have taken funds but no update on shipping so this whole thing might change. Crossing fingers.

Very helpful no matter which store. With notice, they had flooring palletted and ready to load. Product has been great so far and looks fantastic. We have already begun ordering accessories. And are considering other possible areas to change.
David has been extremely helpful with our large remodel. I walked in with flooring I loved from another store that was out of my price range and asked if he had anything with a similar look in my price range. He found something I liked even better and was solid hardwood. We have been back to purchase supplies, trim and even baseboards and every time the customer service and price is great. We recently contacted the store about some excessive waste with the floor we purchased and David called back right away and we are working on a resolution. Definitely recommend the Lumber Liquidators in St. Peters; David will take care of you!
