The staff at Smith Brothers is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly courteous. Great customer service is so important to me. Insurance is a subject I know very little about. My agent Dave Bissaillon made me feel comfortable from day one. I quickly came to trust him and know I could rely on him to give me the coverage I needed for my business as well as my personal assets without costing me a small fortune. He worked tirelessly to find me the best coverage at the best price. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Also worked with me to get all the little details regarding the business so I could buy only the coverage I needed which saved me a lot of money. Whenever I have a question or concern I can contact Dave and he gets back to me within the hour. It doesn’t matter if it is the weekend or evening after he has gone home for the day, he always responds. I highly recommend Smith Brothers insurance agency. You will not be disappointed.

The staff at SBM Insurance are both friendly and knowledgeable. I instantly felt like family that was in great hands. It’s great to do business with a small town agency that welcomes you in and you can trust completely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sensitive and unique insurance needs.
