I have been going to Family Dental for over 20 years. I always love coming in & seeing a smiling face. Gina is very personable & always friendly. The staff & dentists are friendly & want to be sure to make you feel comfortable. I love that they have great hours (Early, Late & even on Saturdays) for us busy Moms & Dads. And they are nice to work with you on the payments. I'm very grateful to have had such a great place to take my kids when they were growing up.

Whoever mans their front desk needs a reality check. (Some bitter old woman with grey hair) She’s argumentative over what? Spoke over us and tried to tell us what we said last time we spoke. Never experienced such rude customer service in my life. Family took my wife here and she was going to continue to go until we walked out. I had the same experience, pretty confident it’s the same woman, years ago and never went back. Received a heavy reminder of why this place bites still after years. Dentist was nice, and a few other staff. But whoever that old hag is, she needs to go back under her bridge.

I love coming here! Although I hate the dentist and have bad anxiety when I go, they are always very nice! Lindsay is the sweetest and was so kind to make sure I was doing okay during my cleaning! Highly recommend!

I wanted to try out a new dentist for my 7 year old and let me start by saying that they are not an easy business to schedule appointments with. They only have 2 days out of the month that someone works on cavities. I scheduled my daughters appointment a month ago due to this and they called me back right before they closed, at 3 PM apparently, to tell me that her dentist won't be able to be there at 8 AM the next day for her appointment. They told me that I'd have to call back at 7 AM the next day to see if there had been any cancellations and to fit my daughter in. Not a good way to run a business. I left my own message due to the how much of a pain this has been and I haven't even received a call back. I will not be coming back to this place.
